I have ordered Dialog mobile router on 28/7/2021 payment went trough and site shows the order confirmation page as well but the order is not listed on my orders in the app or web. i try to contact an agent as well but customer care centre is out of order. only the rubbish BOT is replying. anyone can help me with this, i kind of clue less ..
